Woolworths Limited purchased the 9.0 ha site at Norwest Business Park in order to progressively develop new National and Support offices within the Park. The 89,000 sqm building will be built in stages over a period of years. Architects DEM Gillespies are preparing a master plan. The first groups to move will be Information Technology and National Training from Parramatta and Supermarkets staff from Yennora
