The Park's infrastructure provides flexibility for business requiring the most sophisticated level of technology as new services and technologies become available.

Special easements over roadways and road verges permit easy installation for new services within the Park - such as private communications, security or remote operating systems.

Telecommunications conduiting at Norwest is to optical fibre standards allowing users access to the considerable benefits of existing and future communications technologies. Telstra has installed at Norwest an Optical Fibre Distribution Hub with cables linked to two separate exchanges to provide diversity of communications for major data centres. There is substantial provision for expansion. Telstra is currently upgrading the optical fibre and high volume copper cabling thoughout the Park.

In addition to the $260 million IBM Global Services Geoplex Command Centre at Norwest, Optus Communications has also established its $70 million Technology Centre.
