Areas are set aside throughout Norwest Business Park for walking, jogging and cycle tracks, including lakes and substantial parklands.

These extensive community facilities further enhance the commercial sporting, recreational and lifestyle services of businesses within the Park. Norwest’s workplace and living amenity is outstanding for companies and their workforces located there.

Bella Vista Heritage Park

Norwest Business Park also has the historic homestead, Bella Vista, once owned by John and Elizabeth Macarthur, the founders of the Australian wool industry and later the site from which Australia’s commercial citrus industry was also established.

The house when restored, will become the focal point of a variety of community facilities within the proposed Bella Vista Heritage Farm Park.

Under a Protected Conservation Order, the NSW State Government has provided Baulkham Hills Shire Council with a grant of $1 million to commence the restoration. Council have applied to the Commonwealth Government for a further grant of $3 million.

To complete the Bella Vista Farm Park site, Norwest Limited recently transferred for $1.00, a 10 ha parcel of land from within the Park to Council.
