Permanently Controlled Maintenance of
Park Standards  Under
the Norwest Master Scheme, landowners in Norwest Business Park automatically become
members of Norwest Association Limited. Central to the ongoing quality control within the
Park is a system of covenants and easements together with complementary rights and
obligations for each member of Norwest Association Limited. These controls exercised by
the Association ensure that the high standards of development are permanently maintained
throughout the Park.Protection of Investment in Projects within the Park Standard statutory processes of development approval cannot be expected to cover any supplementary requirements of a specific project such as Norwest Business Park. For that reason, the Norwest Master Scheme provides a pre-approval process designed to ensure that Development Applications being submitted to Council already meet the Park’s standards.
